Q: Can you book if you are a returning customer?
A: Yes, I love that so much . Some of my customers bring their dogs to me every year to capture a little more of their life story.
Q: Where would the portrait session take place?
A: In woodland surrounding the York area. I can send a list of suggestions to you : )
Q: Does my dog have to be well behaved? All the dogs on your website look like good boys and girls!
No, all of the dogs you see on my site are normal family pets just like yours and almost always photographed safely on lead. My client questionnaire helps me understand what your dog needs and if you are happy for them to go off lead for a few action shots.
Q: Does the shoot have to take place in summer?
A: No, I will issue you with a voucher that can be redeemed any time within 12 months, so you can pick your season
My dog cannot be let off his lead. Is that ok?
Great question. It’s no problem at all. In fact sometimes I prefer to keep that connection with your pet. I photograph a lot of sighthounds and almost all of the pictures on my site with greyhounds have been taken with their lead attached. I will artwork the lead out of any images that you wish to purchase. It’s my pleasure to do this for you and all part of my service
Q: Can I buy the package as a gift for birthday or Christmas ?
A: Absolutely
Q: I like the idea of a wall portrait. Can I purchase extra items?
A: Yes, I will send you my product menu for browsing all of the lovely things. When we have our viewing appointment I can design specific items for you so you can see how the finished portraits will look.
We’re visiting York on our holidays, can we book a Summer Sale session for our dog?
Absolutely, I’d love that! People come from all over the country for my sessions and I offer a special service for folks on holiday with their dog. We’ll schedule a virtual viewing party for when you are home using my great comparison software. Your wall art and albums can be shipped directly to your home, ready for pride of place and wonderful memories of Yorkshire. As a York native, I’ll be happy to share lots of lovely dog friendly places for you to visit while you’re here.
